The Sweat Shop LA is exactly what it sounds like....a shop where you come to sweat.  The Sweat Shop L.A. is designed to meet the needs of the busy urban dweller, the 9-5 working professional, the "always on the move actor", the "non-stop party musician", the health nut, the busy mom, the family man, etc. If you have 30 minutes to spare per day, you have the chance to detoxify your body, burn calories while sitting still, strengthen your cardiovascular system, beautify your complexion, speed up your metabolism and slow down your mind via infrared sauna therapy.

 

We offer 6 private rooms featuring cedar wood infrared saunas (as seen on Oprah and Dr. Oz) for a deep detoxifying and beautifying sweat session. Each room has a 2 person infrared sauna, shower (w/ organic all natural shampoo/conditioner/body wash/body lotion) , charging station for your cell phone and a salt crystal lamp to filter EMFs while you sweat.

Additionally, we offer $30 30-minute chair massages in your Sweat Station before or after you sweat.
